Цель урока: совершенствовать навыки чтения, монологической и диалогической речи в изученных лексико-грамматических структурах по теме; практиковать интерактивные формы обучения, стимулировать проявления инициативы учащихся; воспитывать умение работать в парах и группах, чувство взаимопомощи и коллективизма при обсуждении дискуссионных проблем; развивать коммуникативные навыки учеников.
Наглядность и оборудование: меловые записи, ноутбук, карточки.

I. Организационный.

Речевая разминка. -Good morning, boys and girls!
-Good morning, teacher!
-I’m glad to see you, sit down please. Who is on duty today? Who is absent?
Ok. What is the weather like today?
- The weather is sunny but windy. It’s warm outside.
- Thank you.
So today we’ll continue to speak about the School life. We’ll also repeat the usage of tenses of verbs such as Present Continuous and Present Perfect.
- But first let’s remember the poem that you had to learn by heart. Who would like to recite it?
My School Pledge
I pledge today to do my best
in reading math and all the rest.

in my class and in our school.

Teacher: I’d like to ask you a question: Do you like to go to school or not? Why?
P1, answer, please.
Pupil 1: I like to go to school because it’s fun.
Teacher: Fine! And you, P2?
Pupil 2: I like to go to school because I like to study.
