Урок-конкурс
-Тема: Environment . Grammar in Geography.Задачи: развивать навыки: произносительные,перевода,чтения,говорения,диалога-расспроса,грамматические,монологической устной речи, аудирования с извлечением нужной информации.
Воспитательные задачи: развивать интерес к английскому языку, расширять кругозор учащихся, используя лингво-страноведческий материал, развивать навыки работы в коллективе(группе),воспитывать уважительное отношение к своим одноклассникам, окружающей среде.
Оборудование: Учащиеся делятся на две группы ( команды) за два стола, Раздаточный материал( задания на отдельных листочках),слова песни на английском языке на листочках, ноутбук, мультимедийная приставка, ручки, простые карандаши, виды различных географических мест, таблица с правилом употребления артиклей с географическими названиями.
Ход урока
1. Оргмомент .Приветствие.-T-cl-Good morning! How are you?-I’m fine.
2. T-cl-Today we have an unusual lesson. You see many guests lesson at the lesson. The theme of the lesson is “ Environment. Grammar in Geography”
Tell me , please, how many days are left when the winter Olympics Games start in Sochi?-86 days .
Do you like to compete ?-Yes ,we do.
So we are going to have a linguistic competition. Choose leaders and names of your teams . The first team is called “Linguists”, the second team is called “Geographers”
3 Фонетическая зарядка.T-Cl-Let’s repeat some words after me and translate them into into Russian.
Ex.7.p.42.-------Climate, weather, mountains, towns, forests, fishes, plant species, houses, lakes, oceans, continents, canals, human beings ,trees, minerals, air, water, natural channels, railways, islands, animals, land, farms, factories, wild parks, picture galleries, insect species, other planets, the Moon.
4.Развитие лексических навыков.-The task is to classify these words according to the type of environments: a) natural geographical features
b) man-made geographical features
c) living organisms
Write the words into a special list (the whole team).
5.Развитие навыков: произносительных, аудирования.
Recite poems on the environmental problem.

The grass is soft and clean
The sun up in the sky a perfect day.

Повторение употребления артиклей с географическими названиями.
Таблица на отдельных листочках индивидуально каждому учащемуся. Таблица на экране.

8. Relaxation.

9. Развитие навыка аудирования с извлечением нужной информации и навыка монологической речи.
Now your task is to guess what place it is. Your homework was to describe one of the places on the Earth , for each team.
Write down difficult words on the blackboard.
1.-It’s a beautiful place. There are many trees, flowers, there.
You can see a lot of tourists in this place .Tourists and citizens like to swim in the Black Sea. It’s a place where a great ports event will take place in winter in 2014.This place is ready to meet sportsmen from all the world. You can meet people of different nationalities and countries.

2. It’s a nice place, indeed. The place is very beautiful in all seasons. It’s not large but it is famous for its festival in May. People from different cities and regions come to this place at the festival and to listen to songs. The Volga is about seven kilometers from it. You can see a school , a museum, a club, a church and other sights in this place. Hospitable people live there.

Учитель вручает обеим командам призы: авторучки.
